Phoebe has light porcelain colored skin that burns lightly in the sun, her cheeks and the bridge of her nose dotted with deep brown freckles that compliment the copper tones of her slightly wavy locks. She carries about her a very prim and organized air, her eyebrows plucked to the perfect arch and her eyelashes tediously separated to give them a fuller look without the use of mascara. Her eyes, a deep shade of emerald green, are upturned and give her more of a striking gaze despite them often appearing soft and slightly mischievous.

Despite the proper look of her upper regions, Phoebe elects to wear casual clothing more than anything formal or constricting, enjoying the variety of her clothes whenever she has the option to pull out a new and fresh look. However she still keeps her nails long enough to cover in nail polish, meticulously keeping them clean and shaped correctly.
Personality
A dreamer at heart, Phoebe would rather keep her head in the clouds all day imagining scenarios that would make her happy or let her have fun. She was raised in a very uptight family of magic-users. Alttough not entirely well-known, they had enough influence to be required to appear as proper as possible which clashed very often with her own ideals and habits.

She has a light-hearted sense of humor, liking to laugh at small things even in intense situations where a person probably shouldn't laugh. Phoebe also enjoys activities that rely more on the power of strategy and forethought, not exactly one to think of something on the fly or impulsively act on a whim. She's also a social butterfly, wanting to submerge herself in a sea of people and is fiercely loyal to those she calls a friend.
