Mundane Items
Leather Satchel
A simple leather messenger bag that contains various containers and tools used to further her magical craft such as tupperware bowls, a mortar and pestle and a variety of small glass vials.

Hunting Knife
Phoebe brought with her a standard-issue metal hunting knife with a durability of Iron. She most commonly uses it to harvest materials, but it's a suitable means of defense when no other is available, able to slice through flesh with ease.

Black Glasses
A pair of dark sunglasses that are tinted enough to make it very difficult to see her eyes when she wears them.

Magic Items
Artifact: Spellthief's Edge
Once the power source of a Siphon Lich, this powerful relic has come into Phoebe’s possession and she has altered it to fit her needs. By imbuing it with magic, this basketball sized rock-like prism (has a durability of Tungsten) can float around her passively within a 15 foot radius at a speed no faster than she can move it with her hands, and it cannot be moved exceptionally dexterously either. From the widest part of the prism, the middle corners (4 separate spots), a sharp shard capable of piercing Tungsten-grace objects juts out of the artifact a few inches, vein-like lines extending from the tips to four separate runes scattered around the middle area of the object as well. When magic is woven into them, they glow brightly. Phoebe has enhanced this artifact’s natural power with Alchemy, though it still shares a very similar effect to what it once did. Upon contact with another magically-inclined individual she can sacrifice a large portion of mana to siphon the mana pool out of the creature hit in an incredibly fast and excruciatingly painful process which takes one full post of continuous contact to achieve or the process is stopped. Creatures whose magical rank exceeds Post High Mage class 1 cannot be affected by this, and attempting to siphon a mana pool that large will completely shatter the artifact and require that Phoebe hunt down another Siphon Lich to steal their power source and repeat the imbuing process again. Taking away their mana pool this way will not kill them, but will leave them a weak shell of a mage who can no longer cast magic for five total rotations, however Phoebe will gain access to one spell of her choice from that mage’s repertoire of the appropriate rank which she will be able to cast through the artifact like a medium, permanently (or until it breaks). Destroying the artifact will disperse this mana back into the aether, and in some cases could even restore the mana pool back to the affected person if they are the one to destroy it. Without Spellthief’s Edge, Phoebe cannot cast the spell it gives her and if she wishes to get more spells to use she will have to create multiple versions of this artifact and siphon another creature’s magical power.
Mediums
High Mage Medium: A Witch's Tool - Belladonna
The basis of this Medium is a long wooden stave about 6 feet in length total which curls at the tip in several circles before ending in a twisted, gnarled tip. This stave is--despite how it may look--Titanium in strength--and attached to the gnarled tip is a basketball sized black Titanium-strength cauldron, filled with a multicolored bubbling liquid that doesn’t seem to slosh around enough to spill even if handled recklessly. The Cauldron has four pegs to stand on and a handle that allows it to be carried by hand (though it’s typically just carried with the stave.)
Witches Brew
Hanging off the staff, the Cauldron is what truly makes this medium work. It acts like a Hexed item--if that Hex was identical to a Bag of Holding--and is capable of storing up to 30 pounds of crafting materials dedicated to Witchcraft, including any pre-made potions that she can force to appear at the surface of the liquid at any time as long as she’s holding the medium. The liquid itself also never spills out of its container unless Phoebe wishes it so, and when she does let it spill out it comes out in the form of a projectile/wave/splash of high velocity, high temperature goo with a range of 60 feet that can melt through Titanium over the duration of one post rotation.
Additionally, Phoebe can make the goo lukewarm but allow it to act as a proxy for her to apply her High Mage rank or lower curses on contact, though this requires her to charge it with a chunk of her mana pool and wield it with the intention of cursing her target instead of burning. When applied in this way, her curses have an extra 1 rotation of length (for those that have a rotation timer, or instead +1 hour) and will remain at a bonus range of an extra 10 feet away. Witchcraft poisons can also be applied through this means, though it must be noted in the spell's description. On command, Phoebe can cause her Witches Brew to glow while inert inside of the cauldron, releasing dim light 10 feet around her that cannot affect any magical darkness.
